Based on Sodium Gluconate.Delivered in powder form. Object   *Mass-pours of concrete in high temperature environment.  *In large masses of concrete,freshly batched concrete for long-distance  hauls,shotcrete,and cast concrete. Advantage  *High workability,no segregation,no water bleeding.  *Extending concrete initial setting time for proper finishing without cold joint during hot weather.  *Increasing the workable time of concrete up to several hours.  *Providing flexibility in planning and scheduling of concrete pours.  *Non-toxicity,Inflammable,Non-corrosion to steel bars. C494-1980 Type B;  *GB 50119-2003 Instructions for Use * For normal using,the dosage rate varies from 0.10% to 0.15% by cement volume.  *In some cases when the dosage of admixtures exceeds a certain critical point,hydration of cement compounds will hang over a certain stage,and the cement past will never set.  *Based on above term,it is important to avoid overdosing,and pilot tests should be carried out to optimize the dosage.  *It can also be applied after being dissolved into water with proportion 1:5 or 1:10.  *For advice and assistance on how to conduct such tests, the Technical Services of SDZY are available.
